Chicken Cashewnuts, Paneng Curry, Kung Sarong
You will cook 3 different Thai Food dishes: Khung Saroong, this is a prawn wrapped in yellow noodles and then deep fried. Second dish, chicken with cashew nuts. Stir fry fresh vegetables and chicken in a pan and season Thai style. Finish of with cashew nuts. And the last dish will be Penang curry. Stir fry the fresh curry paste, mix with coconut milk, season and finish the dish with some typical Thai spices. After you are done, you can eat your own cooked Thai Food!

Cooking Class is a half day course. You will make your own lunch! English speaking chef.
Can be booked on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. German speaking chef on Sundays.
Cooking Classes starts at 10.00H and you will be back in your hotel by approximately 15.00H.
